so anyone got any idea on my problem as betting when the round timer ends gives alot of cash as it includes default money after the round and actual cash they could easily have $16000 if they bet in this way.

Are you sure you don't have that plugin already loaded? There are some missing plugins in your list.

I remember that I used to have team betting loaded on the server before, it came bundled with some other plugin where you could disable team betting in the cfg file, trouble is for the life of me, I can't remember what plugin it was.
I have spent the last two hours going through every cfg file, nothing.

You can use command

sm cvars plugin_id

to show cvars for every single plugin.
