[REQ] Admin Knife with Abilities

Hello Scripters!
I've been looking for a script for one week now, but still can't find it, so I might need some help.
The plugin should do:
If the user has ADMIN_RCON and he is holding the knife in the moment, the knife should give him:
No Footsteps noises
Running faster - controlled by a cvar - default value "400"
Lower Gravity - Jumping higher - default value "0.5"
Full Invisibility - No matter if you're up/crouching/walking

And if you switch back to other weapon, the abilities should go off, and if you switch back to knife, the abilities should go on again.

It's really simple plugin, but I'm new to scripting so it would be pleasure to see some good scripting and get to learn some. So if possible try to put - // Description on most of the things that are important in the plugin for example the functions.

This is good, but I need simplified version of it, like this one that I showed in my first post, it's easy to make for somebody who has by far normal education in pawn, so if someone can make this plugin and give me it here, I will be so thankful.

Thank you so much, by the way can you add heal task with cvar, so the admin gets healed every second with hp controlled by the cvar?

really amazing !

can you make it work with all weapons but by button ?

for example Press G To turn it on and off

Defaults to E, but whatever key you binded +use to.
