Hey!
I look for vsh turbo plugin but i cant find it.
I want to give dmg,clip size, heal regen, metal regen etc... for all weapons , all costum , all hat, all actions.
I think i cant make it with tf2items plugin.
Anyone have idea how can i make it?or can send me a link with turbo plugin?

be sure to use "*" asterisk instead of some SteamID to make it apply to everyone

i try it but its give much dmg one shot get 2400 dmg and i want only +100% with the normal dmg
