Hi guys,

On the TF2 map that we use there's two func_buttons that are activated only with +use. I didn't want players shooting them from outside spawn or like across the map or something. But a lot of players don't know how to bind +use to a key. I was wondering if it was possible to make it to where only strikes from melee weapons could activate the buttons? Maybe a plugin that makes every melee swing also executes the +use command? Anything would help and I've looked all over the forums for something like this to no avail.

Allow them to activate on damage, but use a filter entity, and make that a tf weapon activator filter, restrict to melee.
