I just installed amxx 1.71 and i was wondering if anybody had the users.ini that worked because the one that i got doesent seem to have the rite stuff in it thanks and does anybody have any more pointers to making my users.ini work properly with my server thank you so so so much

Everyone's users.ini file is different. The contents depend on the admins in each individual server. Read the specific documentation that Geesu linked to. While you're there, you might as well read the rest of it too.
