Hello , I want to know that , is it possible to ban players by their HDD Serial Number. Maybe you heard "Punk Buster" Anti Cheat , it is using that system.

is there any way to learn players HDD Serial number and ban them ?

Banning by SteamID is the only method available that can't easily be bypassed.

I used a plugin that a zombie class , when you look at him your CD-ROM ejecting out. I think if this is possible , than whole hardware can be used by plugins ? Maybe that HDD info can be taken and stored so that you can block players by thier HDD Serial number. am I thinking wrong ?

It would probably be easier to get the serial number on their toaster than getting the serial number on their hard drive.
