Hello Guys,

Recently i create a CSGO server.
The IP is: 188.93.232.200
Port: 27020

But when i try to connect it seems the server is off.
When i type status show this:
VAC secure mode is activated.
GC Connection established for server version 137, instance idx 1
status
hostname: blablabla
version : 1.34.5.1/13451 5815 secure
udp/ip : 188.93.232.200:27022 (public ip: 188.93.232.200)
os: Linux
type : community dedicated
map : de_dust2
players : 0 humans, 0 bots (32/0 max) (not hibernating)

Port 27022 ?

This appears yesterday after CSGO update.
Did i miss something?

well the obvious.... Was 27020 already in use? Did you try turning it off and back on again?

27020 (in most games) is for sourcetv so if you haven't disabled sourcetv you're going to have trouble. Add:

-nohltv

to your command line and boot it back up.

Edit: If you have more than one server running you'd need to disable sourcetv for each of them or your ports are going to get all jacked up.
Edit2: check this post out for some extra info https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpo...22&postcount=7

If you want to use GOTV use this command instead:
+tv_port "port"

so something like +tv_port 28020

* Added sever command line support for -net_port_try 1 to prevent servers from trying to climb ports if the request port was busy.

Seriously, they couldn't just call it -strictportbind like every other Source multiplayer game? I mean, heck, the -strictportbind command was announced by Valve's HL1 guy (Alfred Reynolds), so it's probably supported on all GoldSrc games too.

I totally agree. I have been through wonid--->steamid----->whatever the fuck we use now And it pisses me off I was very proud or my 5 digit steamid# that I got the morning steam was released. Now I have some random scrub number like everyone else. Why do we keep having to change things that, as far as I can tell, offer nothing.
