yeah I need to restart the server after each match on our Pug system. =(

CSGO Update 01/10/14: This has introduced a lobby bug, if the server is empty for more than 5 minutes the server will need to be restarted prior to joining otherwise a lobby reservation error will be displayed.

This is a Valve issue, so we just need to wait for either a hotfix of their next update. Maybe there are a few workarounds laying around.

They did some backend stuff. My servers are all good after one restart.
