This mod updates angles of an entity, like a virtual clock. But, you must have a clock in a map to do this, such as Shaunsville.
The angles may depend on where the clock in the map is facing, so you may have to do some coding.

CVARS:
rp_handmin <entityid>
rp_handhour <entityid>

These entity ID's must be MINUS the maxplayers count.
Enjoy

if there is a clock in a map, this plugin can be edited to create the minute an second hands on the clock in order to make it look like the still image of the clok in the map is a real-time working clock

(just a guess)

:-/ Before someone steals them and takes credit. Also, I just decided I wanted to start coding for random people and posting works for everyone.

so wait, this just creates a still image of a minute hand and hour hand on a clock? Do alot of maps have clocks? I can't think of any that do....

i dont think it does a still image but rather a dynamic one base on real time.
anywho - DoD does, so this would be cool in a DoD server. I might give it a shot later.

maybe im confused.. but doesnt it need a 2 different entites.. one for minute hand and one for hour hand? the clock in dod (im pretty sure) is just a single map model.. no seperate entites for the hands... theyre just on the texture.. you would have to make your own and put them in.. unless im mistaken..
