You have no idea what's inside of it. It can ignore the detection for x players. It can make someone with admin flags and many more.

and many companys use it.
And its better than any other Anti-Cheat out there.

suggesting a closed source plugin is never a good idea. No one can say what "additional funktions" it has. Backdors, viruses or trojans for example. Also not everyone is willing to install a client-side programm just to play on a random server. I would simply choose another one.

I dont think EAC Have any backdors or viruses or trojans because Steam already bought EAC License and integrated it to Rust OFC they check for any of viruses.

Rust is by Facepunch Studios (the company that made Garry's Mod), not by Valve.
