Amxx Wont Load ?

i installed a few plugins such as parachute and unlimited ammo

but then my amxx wouldnt load again i tried to look were it came from
and i found it at metamod i just typed meta list

this is my metamod plugins.ini

it is in C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\My email\dedicated server\cstrike\addons\metamod
