Able to do small plugin requests at first and then won't answer any longer to PM's if problem(s) occur or to keep it/them updated (which I asked for in our agreement) so I don't recommend him if you want to get scammed for not fulfill his part.

I think you should PM any AMX Mod X Plugin Approvers and ask them as they are experienced and review plugins so they know who codes better (style, efficiency, etc) & they can judge better than us.

I know some users that aren't approvers and are so good or even better then a lot of approvers
Well, yeah approvers are "certified" coders, but few of them are really up to private jobs since biggest part dont have much time for it. As you can see, few of them help doing plugins requests. They are more active in scripting help, wich is good since they helping people learning so in future the ones that learn, can teach or make the requests.

@Dany, in my opinion, you should take a look in approved plugins section. See who have made good plugins and that seems to be active a lot. He will probably help you
