This is happening on my DM server now as well since the new Operation Breakout update. It seems to be affecting other DM servers as well because they are all empty when most of them are usually full 24/7. I'm using the map group mg_de_dust2.

You could manually unreserve the lobby so people can still join directly. It worked for l4d2, you could actually take the code from left 4 downtown 2.

is it possible to have a plugin somehow check if the server is unjoinable and restart it before printing a message to players in the server (sm_msay "server restarting please rejoin")
