Normally this is set with dm_spawn_fade_enable.

But I doubt this is your issue because:
- it is disabled by default
- it occur at each spawn

Maybe you are referring to the black&white desaturation. AFAIK this is hard coded in the map and not due to the plugin.

I am using this plugin on my surf server. Only problem is that it auto goes to HS only and you can team kill. The 2nd problem I have that that what seems to be missing is some weapons (like the awp, negevs) and the option for same weapons every round or random weapons every round.

If someone could help me please, thanks.

For only HS: Remove only HS in "Game Modes"->Deathmatch section.

For Random weapon options: dm_enable_random_menu 1

For same weapon every round: This does not exist. I never found a point of that since almost all players are choosing weapons once, then select "same every rounds" at next spawn. Weapons are now saved at first selection and modified on player request though "guns" command

h3bus I think you should add 2 zips one deathmatch.ini that is simple and one that is more advanced

Like this zip That I have attached I put in the spawnpoints in the simple because people who choose it does not know how to make spawn points I assume.

Yes this is something i though I should do for a while.
But this makes me maintain two config file and the probaility I make a mistake is increased.

I will try to do that in next releases though.

Is anybody else running a deathmatch server where the map doesn't change at all (mp_match_end_restart 1)? I've had some people join the server and complain about microstutter which sounds like it would be a client side FPS issue, but I've actually experienced this myself today, other servers are perfectly fine but on my server I'm micro stuttering with 130 FPS :/
