1. Where I can download server-side cs:go models? I know few only: http://s-low.net/ , http://www.lady-natalya.info/index.php, http://mapeadores.com
2. How do I recompile CS:S model to CS:GO?
3. Maybe anyone have Smoker, Hunter for cs:go?

Because of their greed client content policy you probably won't find a lot of models for this game, nor there are gonna be that many in the future.

You shouldn't need to recompile cs:s models into cs:go, since they have the same bone names, you can use bone-merging to simulate said model.
