Hello. Someone could you tell how to calculate the ultimate settings for smooth playing. I am sure that topic be one of the hottest because everyone with dedicated server is affected.
So the main point here is what values we must set. Every know that values are affected by server hardware and bandwidth. In my case:

1. Desire slots - 26
2. I-net bandwidth - unlimited
3. CPU:
Code:
root@cs:~# cat /proc/cpuinfo |grep model
model		: 62
model name	: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v2 @ 2.10GHz
model		: 62
model name	: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v2 @ 2.10GHz
model		: 62

4. RAM - 4GB

I want to know what's the way to calculate ultimate settings according these hardware and i-net.
In the moment server is runned with 102 tickrate and these settings
Code:
// Rates
// Rates
sv_maxrate 128000 // Maximum bandwidth rate allowed on server: 0=unlimited
sv_minrate 50000 // Minumum bandwidth rate allowed on server: 0=unlimited
sv_minupdaterate 10
sv_maxupdaterate 102
net_splitpacket_maxrate 30000 // Max bytes per second when queueing splitpacket chunks
This is what i get once i am in joined in the server.

typically you do not mess with them - and yes hot topic about best cvar settings If only I had a dollar for every thread about this! 30 slots 128tick... only 2.1g!? not going to be good ... use 64tick

One player ~ 100MHZ (128tick) Stable
20 tickrate drop one player 80 MHZ (128tick) Not lagg
If server tick drop >= 40 Lagging
Try 100Tick
2.9 GHz with 36 player max 20 tickrate drop.
