Guys i've looked everywhere and coudn't find plugin (or AMX mod X) Surf/Slide for CS 1.6
I will be very thankful if you help me..

Several foreign servers are active on this MOD but nowhere is that plugin..

there is not specific plugin for that i guess...
Just Add surf maps, and change the server config file (airaccelerate etc)

with Surf amx, on Slide maps the server is not responding. thats the problem

if it is not a plugin, I need a Jump+Surf amx or something like that...

Just upload some surf_ maps and put this in your server.cfg and you're good to go

100 will be just enough.
Anyway, i played slide_ maps on some Bulgarian server, I guess it's just KreedZ with these maps, nothing more.
About the surf, again, just surf maps with a time counter plugin.

I know about that, but Server is not responding on Host Server, HLDS is operating normally. I need a normal Jump Amx + Slide maps.. that's enough i think..
