Was wondering if it were possible to make it so when a spitter gets a direct hit on a survivor with the spit, if the spit could cover the survivor doing continues damage for a few seconds and give a greenish blind like the boomer does when biled on?

use sdkhooks to bile the player hit by the spit, and use a timer to constantly inflict damage on the player.

Many of the features you have requested across multiple threads can be found inside of the skyrpg series.
They're unsupported, but you can download the source and pull what you need from them.

As far as people who I could recommend for requisitioning code work, I don't know any who do lfd2. The good ones that I know have retired from the game.
