hm... it`s seems that my amxx plugin can`t connect to mysql database, all setings in sql.cfg are ok, but I`am geting this message`s

L 06/20/2006 - 20:28:25: [php-amxx.amxx] Failed to connect to SQL server: Can't connect to MySQL server o
L 06/20/2006 - 20:28:25: [php-amxx.amxx] [PHP->AmxX] SQL Connection not detected, aborting

Any Ideas?

I`am using Linux Mandrake 2006 (official):
Apache ON
PHP ON
MySQL ON
Perl ON
Python ON
and so on...

The install.php works just fine...

Why is this still approved, when there is no support for it?

I really want this to get working. Is there anybody who know how to fix this issue?

this is a very old plugin , and probably doesn't work with new version of amxx
maybe somebody will make an update for it
