What about to give the players the option to write !noblock / !nb and server give them noclip for max 2seconds , they should activate this At max 1-2 Times on 15-20 min by player; to avoid abuse.

They should be very unlucky to get stuck more than 2 Times on 15 mins.

Or is too complicate?

PS. Anyways they shouldn't know that they have noclip.

You'd have to tracehullfilter on a timer and either respawn one player that is stuck, or extend the noblock until the filter passes

mp_solid_teammates is activated after 1 approaching players remain the glue, you can't make it stick anymore but not to reject
