As I mentioned in the 1st post, I'm not a coder and I'm not capable of porting Web Shortcuts into CSGO. Maybe someone, who knows sourcepawn better than me, could do it for you.

Hopefully someone here can help?

I've followed the instructions 1-6. Edited the rules.html and uploaded it to the webserver, then gone back into the game server and edited the server.cfg

But !rules is not working for me, the website exists as if I follow the url it'll lead me to where it should, but !rules or !admin does not work, could anyone suggest some things?

Could I possibly request !group and !donate? Instead of the normal !rules and !admins

This plugin is no longer maintained. If you need chat triggers to open webpages, use CSGO Web Shortcuts (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=244075).

Hrmm, if this plugin is no longer maintained then this bug will prolly never be fixed, but just an FYI the MOTD window that this plugin brings to screen is apparently uncloseable for users who are on Linux. I don't use Linux myself, but heres what was reported to me by one of my admins who is on Linux.

There doesn't seem to be a way to close the motd.

I have to exit the game and restart.

Best I can tell, it is opening a steam browser window, but without any window management controls.

Things that didn't work:
finding an 'x' button to close the browser
<ENTER>
<ESC>
<CTRL+W> to close browser tab
<F11> to exit fullscreen
<disconnect> in console
<SHIFT+TAB> to get steam overlay browser window management

Things that do work:
<exit> in console to close the game
I changed one of this plugins commands to !motd when I first installed it, hence why that command is referenced above.

You're right, I've never tested it on Linux and this bug will not be fixed.

Since this is obsolete now in terms of updates, I should probably thank you for this plugin. I've modified it a bit to add a bunch of commands for various servers but it's been a great plugin for months and hasn't had a single issue. Despite you not being a coder, it's done a lot of great things for my servers. Thanks a lot man!
