Are there any plugins out there that can do following things?

1. Players can drop money (amount per drop configurable) by pressing a key.
2. Players drop random money on death.
3. Random money reward for the first, second and third and headshot kill, with sound hint. Amount scope configurable.
4. Kill streak reward, with sound hint.
5. Sets money limit above 16k.
6. Money reward for detonating / defusing bombs.
7. Players who flash a teammate will lose money to the victim.
8. Knife killing an enemy will take away all his money.
