Kernel Optimization for 1000 FPS

Hey all.

I'd like to optimize my system kernel in order to force HLDS reach up to 1000 FPS. Does anyone have any up-to-date, I repeat UP-TO-DATE, tutorial/guide for this? I'm currently running Debian Base 7.4 Wheezy with 3.2.0-4-amd64 kernel and my HLDS can only manage up to 600 FPS max. When more than 16 players connect, it drops dramatically to 150-200 FPS. I'm using HLDS build 6027, AMX Mod X 1.8.2, MetaMod 1.21.1-am with sys_ticrate "10000" cvar in server.cfg

I don't think that any booster gonna work with 6027 build...

Smoother gameplay and much better bullet/hit registration...
