I run a GoldeneEye: Source server. I froze someone in place and saw this in the my logs:

Is this GE:S version 4.2.4? I don't think that SourceMod's gamedata has been updated since its release.

Yes that's right. My logs are also filling up with:

[SDKTOOLS] Sigscan for FireOutput failed - Disabling detour to prevent crashes

I don't know if that's because of the gamedata.
