The Socket extension does not support SSL. If cURL and SteamTools are not available, Socket is used. Without support in all three extensions, Updater does not support SSL.

You'll need the include files from all three extensions to compile.

Just pushed an update with the version #0.3.3a and getting warmod.smx.temp files on a few servers. change the #0.3.31 and seems to work now. Not sure if it was just because the update plugin updated at the same time as the warmod plugin or not. But now I cant delete the .temp file either =(

Edit:

the temp file gets deleted after replacing the warmod.smx and updater checks to see if latest verion. All sorted now. =D

Just a quick question now that I believe I've finally got Updater integration working: Do the update files support * wildcards (eg Path_Mod/materials/plugin_name/*)?

I'm going to guess not, as Updater would have no way of knowing what files are sitting in that folder on the webserver. :\

Updater is pretty cool, I thought it would be hard to add support for my plugins, however was simple. lol now I'm doing it for all the plugins. so is easier update/edit all plugins on my servers
