I useing that plugin but my server don't restart the server to make an update. Simply he stop it... that is my consol messages after server down:

That is how it is supposed to work. You have to have a restart script in order to get an automatic restart.

Running Linux you can start srcds like this:
./srcds_run -autoupdate -steam_dir /DIR/TO/steamCmd/ -steamcmd_script /DIR/TO/SCRIPT/UPDATEFILE

For Windows... I can't tell you how

I would say that my .bat file can figure out the problems for SteamCMD and the Windows-doesn't-update-problem for TF2.

And +runscript updatetf2.txt should look like this: (updatetf2 should be in the same folder as SteamCMD)

Haven't had a cause to test this yet. In theory this should work.
EDIT: Alright tested. Some files/folders have to be Read-only because the updates overwrite them. Addons, maps and cfg are 3 of the folders. But I'm sure there are others.

I made a very simple editing and added, now I'll try to replace the cvars below in phrases

auto_steam_update_kickmessage
auto_steam_update_shutdown_message

Done, with this version of the cvar mentioned above no longer exist now uses translations

This plugin has been working perfectly for me up until today's TF2 update. Only 1 server restarted itself. I updated all the rest manually (quit in HLSW :p) except for one server to see if it would update itself. Been about an hour or so, still hasn't updated.

The issue isn't with the plugin, if Valve pushes out an update to the updating software or steampipe then you have to make sure its updated first otherwise it won't send out the notification that the server needs the update. I had 15 servers ready for the update today but only one of them I had recently ran thru the update for the updating software prior to and it was the only one that auto updated.

Now I could be wrong here but I do know that this is a normal problem thus far.

Steampipe gets updates of its own from time to time.
