Not white. Grey with some extra coding, but that's not built into the plugin.
Team color (!t): if you're terrorist: it'll be red. if you're c-t: it'll be blue. if you're spec: it'll be grey.

Everything works great, but.. what's the code for spectator colour and Ct colour (white-gray and blue)?

Excellent plugin, now if it would only pop up a MOTD when a specific word was catched it would be perfect.
