(webpanel) pagination in the user list

Is it a feasible idea to add pagination or something like that? There are so many users in the db that the users page lags with the force of 10 million gazelles and I can't really do anything there.

Was going to suggest this as well. It takes well over 1 minute to load the users page for us.

Also a search function that is on a separate page (allowing STEAM ID searches) would be nice too.

Yeah, arrow is bizzy atm but i'm sure that he'll add that once he has time. I'll pass it along
