Transparent sprite

Hello.
I want my sprite to be transparent.
I used Sprite Wizard, but seems like I can't make the Background go transparent in any case.
I tried using 0000FF (thats 0 0 255 blue) but that doesnt look to be working
Any ideas?

Edit palette of Image file. Last color in palette — be transparent (in alphatest/additive/indexalpha types).

Or just save the file as a .gif or .png because .bmp defaults the background(transparent or not) to white-visible.
