So, what i need is a plugin that will prevent rocket spam that is often on certain maps (dm_duel...)

Example; player is standing next to ressuply locker and shoot continuously (spam).
So I am wondering if someone is able to do this.
Cvars; maybe if player shoot (some number) of rockets/grenades while standing next to locker he is
a) slayed,
b) kicked...

Edit: With flag immunity, if possible...

After few desperate attempts to make it on my own, i failed, so i need your help once again. Even few guidelines would be useful...

What you can do, is hook post inventory application, find the soldiers primary weapon and set the primary nextattack netprop to gametime+ some delay.. Like 15, and they wont be able to fire for 15s after touching locker or spawning.

I think i got the basic code for the offsets and whatnot in my freezetag plugin, though been ages since i looked at it.
