1- Your server won't get hacked if it is updated by STEAMCMD
2- Remove the amxx file or it will get removed.

This is wrong section to post plugins
and to protect your rcon pass just add a line rcon_password ""
and to protect your server from raizo exploit make a blank exec.cfg in config and a empty map folder in config
