You are mixing two completely different subjects: Server type and where it is hosted.

A server may be listen or dedicated depending on how the client setting it up.
A server is hosted if someone that isn't the owner hosts it.

Please do not confuse these, nooblet.
Also, it is completely pointless to ask this, as one that is already on these forums should have contacted their host already before coming here.
