Bugfix about tAttributes - LevelMod

So basically what i need here is;

- Via mysql stored levels and attributes which are the same on all specified servers.
- Fixes of the known bugs of these plugins. (Like not working Strength and partially working LifeForce)
- Menu for players to manage stuff like resetting the attribute points.
- Double EXP for players with a specified admin flag or group ID.
