Hi,
i've installed sourcebans on the webserver and on the gameserver. Both are installed with sourcebans version 1.4.10.

I can establish a connection to the sourcebans webserver. There i can insert my new css server with the concerning data to the sourcebans database.

When sourcebans trys to get a connection to the css server it fails. The css server is running pretty well. When i try your connection test script i get the following error message:

[-] Error getting server info. Can't read from UDP stream. Port is possibly blocked.

1. on the my firewall and the server all ports are open
2. telnet <serverip> <port> reaches the server

There is something going wrong on how to react correctly on the port request. How can i fix this issue?

Ask your webhost to open the port on both UDP and TCP

It runs on my own host. All the required ports tcp and udp are open. i can reach the server via telnet. any suggestions?

If it would be open, it would work

The ports are all open and the configuration is fine . But it doesn't work. Have you read the whole thread?
