Error in reinstalling tf2 server

When im reinstalling I get this error: When im reinstalling it comes up with this error:
Error - Extracting the file tf2-linux.tar.gz (1.72 GB)

I just assumed he switched to using SteamCMD and actually installed it using Valve's own method instead of whatever third-party method he was using (tip: Valve doesn't use .tar.gz except for steamcmd.tar.gz).

Okay I was wondering what the hell tf2-linux.tar.gz was.
