[Req] Advanced Mute Menu

Hello, I need (And Probably more users) an "advanced" mute menu.
When player writes "/mute", a menu will pop up with the list of all the players that in the server.
The menu will look like that:

Mute Menu:
1. Player 1
2. Player 2
3. Player 3
4. Player 4
5. Player 5
6. Player 6
7. Next/Back

8. Action - [Mute / UnMute]
9. Mute [Voice / Chat / Voice+Chat]

0. Exit

As it says in the menu, the player can choose his action (mute / unmute), and he can choose
what kind of mute to use.
Also, in the menu if there is a muted player, it will right "MUTED" next to his name.
When he will choose the "unmute" action, he will see only the muted players.

There will be a Cvar:
mute_immunity 1 / 0
1 = Players can't mute ADMIN_BAN
0 = Players can mute any admin, also there will be a mute for the Tsay/Csay etc ...
