I'm sorry to disappoint you in two ways:
a you're not as interesting as you think you are
and b not to be able to magically repair sourcemod and metamod for you so, again, have the decency to be patient and not go haywire.

I am very much patient. I even shut down my rented server, untill a fix is online. I dont care if it takes 1 day or 1 week to get the fix online.
I can wait. And eventually the fix will be right there.

Are people really this 'silly'? Am I honestly reading people thinking that sourcemod is never again going to work on their l4d2 server? Wow...

Its broken, the devs are aware. Wait for it to be fixed. Simples.

And then, believe it or not, gameserver providers will update their addons for you to put onto your server.

The world shall then spin once more.

You know, I've been coming back to this thread a few times a day to see if there's any progress or update, as I'm sure many people are. It's disappointing, though, to see that the past few pages are just a bunch of people sniping at each other. imo, I'd much rather keep this thread on topic as a status thread, and not have it devolve into "server wars" posts.
