you can fix that by putting the population folder back, steampipe removes it. The menu choice for difficulty no longer works but the other items appear on the menu and are ok.

What do you mean? As far as I can tell the pop folder location hasn't changed.. "tf/scripts/population"

the steampipe install doesn't create it. It's now hidden in one of the vpk files, so if you go create the empty folder then this plugin will be ok

If the plugin won't load if not on a mvm map correct? Because I run 4 forked servers from on sm install.

From what I've seen the plugin still loads when not on an mvm map, but it doesn't hurt anything.

I've been trying to use "sm_mvmm_enabled 0" to disable it but it doesn't seem to do anything....

why not just do this in game to change the difficulty
