Has anyone been able to produce an amx plugin to act similarly to the ssServer exe and work directly with the ssClient?
This might not be possible but though be nice idea to find out.

I have some ideas and completed things for monitoring CS connection to server & getting UserID on server / Server Name : Port / "Is connected" flag state with other program. Written on DELPHI. Some parts of server-side checking(blocks user, if client isn't runned e.t.c.) is avaliable too. So, if you are interested in, we can create someth. like SSAnticheat without using SSClient/SSServer.

Sounds good, yes i am interested in doing a project like this.

As for I can do, i have done simple php scripts, websites, and managed my game servers.
