So on some servers when we go we have to face add on MOTD and wait for a while
So is there a way that pinion can be rigged and the time could be removed

You can use <connect ip matchmaking> to bypass Pinion on other servers.

Ummm....... That is not something you would ask on the forums..... Pinion will likely disable your account if you ask such a thing....
