Hi, anyone can add to this plugin opportunity - "You may close the Motd..."

Actually I couldn't understand if this plugin estimated all my requirements or not.

What I need is like the MOTD that appears when someone joins the game.It should look like the that.

When somebody types "/rules" a MOTD will appear up with an IMAGE in it in which all the rules would be described !

Please help !

Okay, so I created the php page and everything is working.
But I got a problem.
The config dont get created in sourcemod/configs.
I tried using server.cfg and to put in the Cvars but still not working.
Also when I type sm plugins in-game it shows that its running.
Hope someone can help

Sure, if on TF2 and if the dynamicmotd_big cvar is set to 1.
