Is there any support for cleaning out old clients in the database after X time? This would help prevent the database from becoming bogged down and overly bloated.

Not in ZR, and not in SourceMod as far as I know. But this would be a good feature request for the client preferences extension.

Cookies need an expiration time so cookies for old clients are removed if they have been gone for a while.
