its for Css and i got the 1.5 snapshot but it dosent work.

It does work, and has for dozens of snapshots. Use one of the latest snapshots and make sure you restart your server after launch so the gamedata updates.

I wasn't really looking for an update to Sourcemod 1.5 (even though it has the new Hooks in it). I'd rather, if possible, if I could just download SDK Hooks 2.2 again.
