[CS:S] Spawn with Kevlar and Helmet

Description:
This plugin gives every player a kevlar and a helmet on every spawn. It is possible to change the amount of the armor and to disable the helmet. It is also possible to set the settings for each team individually.

Cvars (spawn_kevlarhelmet.cfg):

• sm_spawn_kevlarhelmet_version - Plugin version
• sm_spawn_kevlarhelmet_enable <0/1> - Enables the plugin. Default: 1
• sm_armor_amount_t <0-125> - The armor the terrorists should get on spawn. Default: 100
• sm_armor_amount_ct <0-125 - The armor the counter-terrorists should get on spawn. Default: 100
• sm_give_helmet_t <0/1> - If enabled, terrorists will get a helmet on spawn. Default: 1
• sm_give_helmet_ct <0/1> - If enabled, counter-terrorists will get a helmet on spawn. Default: 1

I can confirm that this plugin works for CS:GO in 2022. Great job making this awesome plugin!
