Surely !admin interferes with the default sm_admin command? Perhaps !msg, !assistance or something instead would be more apt?

Alos I think you should mention that the sockets extension is required in the opening post, that may confuse some peeps.

Hi there!
As you might know the plugin won't compile and we'll have to du it our selves.
Well, i don't know how to do that have googled it and such + looked on the website.
So could any1 of you compile it for me and change the !admin command to !msg as i'm using that as the sourcemod admin command.
Please!

hmm amazing its approved and still "active" when the main function !admin is exactly the same as for admins not using bind for sm_admin ..and theres no doc. for setting up a msn-bot/relay, the "built-in" isnt workning anymore, even the entusiatic helper hasnt this anymore.
all in all a nice job, but lots of lacking in instruction/manual/support/update and so on
