look in your config map you should find speech.ini edit it after your will...

How exactly do you add sounds? I couldn't find the sounds anywhere in my cstrike folder in my steam or server files... where do I put the sound files?

Most of the time, people use the sounds from Hlaf Life that are already there, so you dont have to dl anything. There is a list of them on the intenet somewhere, I have seen em. 1000's of them. or usually 3rd party sounds go into sound/misc

A link please? And how to add custom sounds. Would I put them in misc and just do "spk 'misc/sound.wav'?

I have never added custom sounds to teh speech menu. I find it annoying when admins use it in teh first place. SOrry. And no i dont have a link, gatta googole it yourself
