Has anyone else tried to report the errors with their completion rates to pinion and gotten no response?

I can't get an answer from them onwhy setting my ads to 25 secs results in a 29 percent completion rate on a 30 sec ad.

Calm down kids. It's just the first month. I have a 49 percent completion for the whole month yet 56 for the days I used the 25 seconds. I think it has to do with the kids using dial up to play games :-P I think it would be smart to put the new plugin into beta for a month. since people like moxie might go apeshit. Cake son.

To everyone asking about completion rates, I've asked our lead technician to jump in this thread and give some feedback. I wouldn't want to comment as I didn't build our systems!

I know my players have been watching videos for 25 seconds and my completion percentage is for 8 seconds. That is textbook fraud. Easy to document. Easy to prove.

Can't argue there. Pinion should have put this new plugin under BETA mode since many, myself as well, have found problems with it.

I did get a response on my case. Thank you. It was actually created 5 days ago. I noticed it reflected when it was finally assigned, not when it was created.

mmm, I am forcing all my users to the max 30 seconds sadly. However my completion rate says its at 59.72% lol. This is for the start of the new month
