plugin not working!!

high ping kicker not working..
i compiled it and did the rest of the blah blah but it doesnt seem to be working on my server..

i tried amx_plugins in console and it said

high ping kicker v1.2.0 dynasty hpk.amxx RUNNING

but it isnt running ...

any suggestions?

At which pings you think it kicks ? Look in the .sma to make sure u dont believe a lower ping for kick players than .sma is set.

ahh nvm now the plugin RUNS !! but doesnt work.

it says [HPK] Ping checking disabled due to immunity...

and i then disabled everyones immunity so that no one in the server has immunity BUT

it still says that same error and wont check anyones pings..
