I would like to have VIP Menu with these features : (/Menu cmd)

1. ViP SKIN [On/OFF]
2. Glow [ Blue for CT, red for T ]
3. VoteKicK [1x per Map]
4. Double-Jump [It resets each round]
5. He-Grenade
6. Map change [Once per Day]
7. Golden AK [Plugin is loaded in server just need in menu cmdsay /ak]
== IF player has admin_level_H he will be able to open menu, else : Buy VIP to open menu
== Hope it aint hard to make it ==

1. Nah, i mean u can open whenever u want
I would like hidden "/Menu" - i mean when i type it, in chat its hidden ( return plugin_handled or sthk like that

I think , cmdsay option, glow, votekick, map change he grenade should be easy to code...
would u help Me please?
