In my server if I kill a tero I will get 300 money and the tero (the one who died) will get like 3.000 money or something like that. I have no plugins that would influence the money so where can I change that?

that's a native call that will give a user of id however much money you want. If you're looking for us to write the code FOR you....you're in the wrong section.
